EARLY START REQUEST — COMPLETE ONLY IF APPLICABLE

I request KC Repairs to begin the agreed service before the end of any
applicable cancellation period. I understand that, if I later cancel after the
service has begun, I may have to pay a reasonable amount for services and
parts already supplied.

I acknowledge that, if the service is fully performed within an applicable
cancellation period after my express request to start, I may lose my right to
cancel that service.

ENGINE WORK — COMPLETE ONLY IF APPLICABLE

I authorise KC Repairs to remove the engine from my vehicle for the agreed
internal engine work at Kyle's workshop and to return and refit it once that
agreed work is complete. I understand KC Repairs will contact me for approval
before carrying out further chargeable work or ordering additional parts.
